Chief Operations Officer

We Are Hiring: Chief Operating Officer (COO) KUN Arabian is an IT company specialising in the design and development of digital platforms and software solutions for the online sale and purchase of goods, products, and related services. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the company’s operational activities, oversee the development and readiness of the KUN application, and ensure its successful launch and growth in the market. The selected candidate will be expected to develop and implement a clear operational and go-to-market plan covering: \* Application development and launch readiness \* Coordination between technical, operational, sales, and marketing teams \* User acquisition and market expansion \* Merchant and supplier onboarding \* Product positioning and market penetration \* Operational processes and customer experience \* Performance monitoring through clear KPIs \* Post-launch growth, scalability, and continuous improvement The ideal candidate must have strong experience in IT companies, digital platforms, e-commerce applications, marketplace operations, or technology start-ups. The candidate should demonstrate a proven ability to take a digital product from the development stage through launch, market adoption, and sustainable growth. The COO will also oversee daily operations, lead cross-functional teams, monitor departmental performance, manage project execution, support business development, and provide regular operational reports to senior management. The position reports directly to the General Manager and Board Members. All budgets, payments, investments, contracts, and financial commitments remain subject to approval by the authorised management. Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Required Experience: 7–10 years, including senior operational leadership experience Preferred Background: IT, e-commerce, digital marketplaces, mobile applications, or technology start-ups Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai (Dubai)
