Civil Foreman

Job Title: Civil Foreman **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Job Type:** Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **Civil Foreman** to join our construction team for projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of **8 years of experience** in civil construction, with a strong ability to supervise site activities, manage manpower, and ensure work is executed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily site construction activities. * Manage and lead construction workers and subcontractors. * Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications. * Monitor work progress and report updates to the Site Engineer and Project Manager. * Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve project targets. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. * Inspect completed work and resolve on-site issues promptly. * Maintain daily site reports and records. * Coordinate with engineers and other site staff to ensure smooth project execution. Requirements * Minimum **8 years of experience** as a Civil Foreman in building construction projects. * Experience in **high-rise or commercial/residential building projects** is preferred. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site execution. * Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. * UAE experience is preferred.
