Civil Project Engineer

Job Summary **Location \_ Hatha (Dubai )** We are seeking a qualified Civil Project Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination with stakeholders, quality control, safety compliance, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site. * Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents. * Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. * Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against timelines. * Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications. * Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues. * Prepare progress reports, work schedules, and project documentation. * Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement activities. * Manage project costs and assist in budget control. * Attend project meetings and provide technical support to stakeholders. * Ensure timely completion of project milestones. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. * 5+years of experience in building construction projects. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management. * Experience in project planning and execution. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software. * Good understanding of QA/QC and HSE requirements. * Strong communication and leadership skills. * UAE driving license preferred (if applicable). Preferred Skills * Project coordination and team management. * Quantity estimation and material planning. * Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards. **Salary:** As per company standards and experience.
