Civil Site Supervisor

**Industry:** Interior Fit-Out & Construction Are you an experienced **Civil Site Supervisor** with a strong background in **interior fit-out and finishing works**? We are looking for a highly motivated professional to oversee site operations and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for interior fit-out, civil, joinery, and finishing works. * Manage subcontractors and directly employed workforce to ensure efficient execution of project activities. * Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved shop drawings, project specifications, method statements, and quality standards. * Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the approved schedule. * Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and other trades to resolve site-related issues. * Conduct site inspections to maintain high-quality workmanship and ensure compliance with project requirements. * Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations while maintaining a clean and organized worksite. * Monitor material deliveries, site resources, and labour productivity. * Report daily site progress, challenges, and resource requirements to the Project Manager. * Assist in snagging, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities. **Requirements** * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. * Minimum **3–5 years** of UAE experience in **interior fit-out, joinery, and finishing projects**. * Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, finishing materials, and quality standards. * Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. * Experience coordinating multiple trades within fast-paced fit-out projects. * Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and HSE requirements. * Valid UAE Driving Licence is an advantage. **Interested candidates may send their updated CV to:** **[email protected] or [email protected]** Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
