Site Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities** * Supervise all civil and architectural fit-out activities, including: * Blockwork * Plastering * Gypsum board (Gyproc/Drywall) partition walls * Ceiling systems * Floor and wall tiling * Joinery installation * Glass and mirror works * Painting and final finishes * Review approved **Shop Drawings**, **Bill of Quantities (BOQ)**, **Material Approval Requests (MAR)**, and project specifications before execution to minimise errors and prevent rework. * Coordinate the sequence of work between civil, architectural, and **MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)** teams to avoid clashes in ceilings, wall chases, floor screeds, and other service interfaces. * Inspect incoming materials to ensure compliance with approved samples, specifications, and delivery quantities. * Monitor subcontractors and site labour to ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules. * Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Supervisors, Consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site issues promptly. * Ensure all activities comply with project quality standards, HSE regulations, and company procedures. * Maintain daily site progress records and report project updates, delays, and resource requirements to the Project Manager. * Assist with snagging, inspections, testing, commissioning, and final project handover. **Qualifications & Experience** * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. * Minimum **3 years of UAE experience** in interior fit-out, architectural finishes, or construction projects. * Strong understanding of fit-out materials, construction techniques, and finishing standards. * Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. * Good coordination, communication, and organisational skills. * Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage. * UAE Driving Licence will be an added advantage. **Interested candidates may send their updated CV to:** **[email protected] and [email protected]** Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
