Client Experience & Collection Manager

**Key Responsibilities** **Customer Lifecycle Management** * Map and optimize the full customer journey from lead generation to post-sales engagement. * Develop segmentation strategies to personalise communication and campaigns. * Implement lead scoring and nurturing frameworks. **Sales & Marketing Alignment** * Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion and pipeline visibility. * Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights. * Establish KPIs and dashboards for tracking performance. **Data Analytics & Reporting** * Analyse customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. * Generate regular reports on CRM performance, sales funnel metrics, and customer behaviour. * Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance. **Team Leadership & Training** * Train and support internal teams on CRM best practices and usage. * Act as the central point of contact for CRM-related queries and improvements. * Drive adoption of CRM tools across departments. **Customer Experience Enhancement** * Develop initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention. * Implement feedback loops (NPS, surveys, etc.) and act on insights. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred). * **Minimum 5–6+ years of experience in CRM management within the real estate industry** (developer environment mandatory). * Proven track record of implementing and managing CRM systems successfully. * Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles, off-plan and secondary markets. * Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar). * Advanced analytical skills with experience in data visualisation/reporting tools. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in UAE/GCC real estate market. * Knowledge of property management systems and digital marketing tools. * Certification in CRM platforms or data analytics tools is a plus. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and performance-based incentives * Opportunity to work with a high-growth, innovative real estate developer * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Career development and leadership opportunities Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per hour Work Location: In person
