Corporate Sales Officer Location: Erbil Gender: Both (Male / Female) Reports to: Sales Supervisor Open Positions: 1 Job Overview Drive corporate and institutional sales growth by acquiring, developing, and retaining business clients. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential corporate clients, brokers, and partners. Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote insurance products and services. Prepare customized proposals and quotations in line with company guidelines. Negotiate contract terms and close deals aligned with branch targets. Maintain strong relationships and monitor renewals and policy adjustments. Seek cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Maintain CRM records and submit weekly sales and pipeline reports. Requirements Gender: Open to both male and female candidates. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience (insurance, banking, telecom, or services preferred). Languages: Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and English. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Technical: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is preferred. Mobility: Must own a personal vehicle and hold a valid driving license.
