Head of ERP Business

Summary: We are looking for an experienced and business-driven Head of ERP Business to lead a newly established company specializing in ERP solutions. This position will be responsible for developing the business, building and leading the team, establishing the company structure, and driving sales and market growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the company’s business and growth strategy. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients and partners. Drive ERP solution sales and achieve business and revenue targets. Build the company’s organizational structure and recruit the required team. Lead, manage, and develop the sales, business development, and operational teams. Establish effective processes, KPIs, and reporting systems. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements. Report business performance and development plans to senior management. Requirements: Proven experience in Management, Business Development, or Sales Management. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, software solutions, or IT solutions is highly preferred. Strong business development, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Proven ability to build, structure, and lead teams. Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities. Fluent in English, Arabic, and Kurdish. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Management, or a related field.
