Corporate Sales Manager

**Job Title:** Corporate Manager – Floristry We are looking for an experienced **Corporate Manager** with a strong **background in floristry and corporate management**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing corporate clients, coordinating operations, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. A professional portfolio showcasing previous floral designs, corporate events, and project work is required. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and develop relationships with corporate clients and key accounts. * Plan, coordinate, and oversee floral arrangements for corporate events and special occasions. * Lead projects from concept to execution, ensuring client requirements are met. * Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and budgets. * Monitor inventory, procurement, and quality standards for floral products. * Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth. * Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. * Supervise and support team members to achieve operational goals. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate management, and floristry. * Strong knowledge of floral design, flower care. * Proven experience managing corporate client accounts. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools. * **A portfolio showcasing previous floral projects, event decorations, and corporate event experience is required.** **Skills:** * Corporate Client Management * Floristry & Floral Design * Project Management * Business Development * Budgeting & Cost Control * Team Leadership * Customer Relationship Management * Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * Corporate Management: 3 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driving License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
