We are looking for a creative and experienced Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive who can manage our online presence and create engaging video content. Key Responsibilities * Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube). * Create, edit, and publish high-quality short-form videos, reels, and promotional content. * Design creative social media posts, stories, and marketing materials. * Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads. * Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns. * Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results. * Write engaging captions and marketing copy. * Coordinate with the sales team to promote new property listings and launches. * Stay updated with the latest social media trends and video editing techniques. Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management. * Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software. * Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator. * Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and social media analytics. * Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies is an advantage. * Excellent English communication and writing skills. * Creative mindset with attention to detail. * Experience in the Dubai real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.
