Digital Marketing Manager - Real Estate

A leading Real Estate Company is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager. Right person for this role should possess experience in following: * Generate leads through campaigns on the various media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, snapchat, Google Ad words, etc.) with a strong focus on leads and sale conversions. * Manage Portals listings; coordinate with the property consultants and Sales Director & discuss lead generation opportunities. * Provide visibility on Leads by optimizing various Content; On-Page & Off-Page SEO. * Suggestions and Implementation of digital marketing and social media campaigns. * Maintaining the weekly, monthly social media and events calendar on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and google ads. * Advise on content creation to generate more followers. * Manage day-to-day online advertising activities. * Managing the company’s website updates and provide content management support. * Working closely with CEO & Director of Sales to provide strategic and operational support around campaign's spend, ROIs, listings..etc. * Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. * Contribute to marketing effectiveness by highlighting the short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed. * Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing * Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience Requirements: * 3 to 5 years of experience in Real Estate industry Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
