Hiring Now – ELV BIM Modeler (Immediate Joiners) **Universal BIM** is looking for a skilled and motivated **ELV BIM Modeler** to join our growing team in the UAE. Position ELV BIM Modeler Experience Required * 3–5 years of UAE experience in ELV BIM Modeling. * Immediate joiners currently available in the UAE will be given preference. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain accurate ELV BIM models using Autodesk Revit and related BIM software. * Prepare coordinated models for CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, SMATV, Intercom, Public Address, and other ELV systems. * Produce shop drawings, layouts, sections, schedules, and as-built documentation. * Perform clash detection and coordinate with Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines using Navisworks. * Ensure compliance with project specifications, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and client requirements. * Update BIM models based on design revisions and site requirements. * Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure accurate and coordinated deliverables. * Deliver high-quality BIM models within project deadlines. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. * 3–5 years of UAE experience in ELV BIM Modeling. * Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. * Good knowledge of ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, SMATV, Intercom, and Public Address systems. * Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection. * Ability to read and interpret ELV drawings and project specifications. * Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. * Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
