Engineer/Foreman

Job Summary: The Engineer/Foreman supervises and coordinates production and construction activities, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate production and construction activities * Assign tasks to workers and monitor progress * Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards * Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other departments * Manage materials, equipment, and resources on site * Enforce safety regulations and company policies * Prepare daily progress reports Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or related engineering field * Minimum 7 years of experience in construction/production supervision * Knowledge of precast/prefabricated construction processes * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Experience: * Prefrabricated construction/production supervision: 7 years (Required) Work Location: In person
