Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Summary: The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, with a focus on promoting modular building solutions across the Kingdom. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across Saudi Arabia * Build and maintain strong relationships with specifiers, engineers, architects, and contractors * Generate leads, secure projects, and strengthen brand visibility * Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with company growth objectives * Manage customer relations and marketing development initiatives * Identify, qualify, and pursue sales opportunities and projects * Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for ongoing and upcoming projects Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field * Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales and marketing in construction/building materials industry * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth * Local experience in the Saudi construction market * Strong network within the Saudi construction industry * Excellent negotiation and communication skills Experience: * Prefab Modular Building Sales and Marketing : 8 years (Required) Work Location: In person
