Financial Technology Developer **Company:** Naiya Technology IT **Location:** Khobar, Saudi Arabia Job Overview Naiya Technology IT is seeking a skilled and innovative **Financial Technology Developer** to design, develop, and maintain technology solutions that support financial services and business operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong software development expertise with an understanding of financial systems, digital payments, automation, and secure technology solutions. The Financial Technology Developer will work closely with business stakeholders, software engineers, and financial teams to build reliable, scalable, and secure applications that improve financial processes and enhance user experiences. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, test, and maintain financial technology applications and software solutions. * Build and integrate systems related to digital payments, banking platforms, financial data processing, and business automation. * Develop secure APIs and backend services to support financial applications and integrations. * Analyze business and financial requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. * Ensure applications meet security, performance, scalability, and compliance requirements. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial workflows and operational efficiency. * Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications and systems. * Stay updated on emerging fintech trends, technologies, and industry best practices. * Participate in software architecture discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Prepare technical documentation and support system deployment and maintenance activities. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Finance Technology, or a related field. * Proven experience in software development, preferably within fintech, banking, financial services, or enterprise systems. * Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar technologies. * Experience with databases, data processing, and system integrations. * Understanding of financial systems, payment technologies, cybersecurity principles, and data protection practices. * Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with cloud-based technologies is preferred. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical and business challenges. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills * Experience with digital banking, payment gateways, ERP/financial systems, or fintech platforms. * Knowledge of Saudi financial technology regulations and industry standards. * Experience with Agile development methodologies. * Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and software testing frameworks. * Strong communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
