### **Responsibilities** **AI & Data Science Track** * Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing large datasets. * Help train, test, and evaluate machine learning models. * Research and implement new AI tools and algorithms to optimize workflows. * Collaborate with developers to integrate AI features into software products. **Backend Development Track** * Assist in designing, building, and maintaining server-side logic and RESTful APIs. * Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and manage data storage solutions. * Write unit tests and assist in debugging and optimizing server performance. * Collaborate with frontend developers to seamlessly integrate user-facing elements. **Business Analysis Track** * Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements. * Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and technical documentation. * Act as a bridge between the technical team and business stakeholders. * Conduct market research and competitor analysis. **DevOps Track** * Assist in building and maintaining Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. * Monitor server health, system performance, and application logs. * Help automate deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications. * Research and implement security best practices in cloud infrastructure. **Digital Marketing Track** * Assist in brainstorming, creating, and scheduling content for social media and blogs. * Conduct keyword research and assist with SEO strategies. * Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics. * Help manage online communities and enhance brand awareness. **Finance Track** * Support daily bookkeeping and financial data entry tasks. * Assist in processing invoices, receipts, and expense reports. * Help prepare documentation for month-end financial reporting. * Ensure financial records are accurate, organized, and compliant. **Frontend Development Track** * Translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality, responsive code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). * Ensure applications are optimized for maximum speed and scalability across different devices. * Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs. * Identify and troubleshoot UI bugs and rendering issues. **Full Stack Development Track** * Write and maintain code across both the frontend and backend of applications. * Assist in designing database architectures and user interfaces. * Debug cross-functional issues and optimize full-system performance. * Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from concept to deployment. **HR & Recruitment Track** * Support the talent acquisition process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews. * Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation. * Help organize team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives. * Maintain internal HR databases and personnel files. **Mobile Development Track** * Assist in building and testing mobile applications for iOS or Android (using Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, or React Native). * Identify and fix bugs to improve application stability and performance. * Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive mobile interfaces. * Publish updates and assist with app store deployment processes. **Product Management Track** * Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap. * Gather and analyze user feedback to suggest product improvements. * Help draft user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirement documents. * Coordinate between design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure successful feature launches. **Project Management Track** * Assist in planning project timelines, sprints, and resource allocation. * Track project progress and update task management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). * Organize and attend team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. * Help identify project risks and communicate blockers to the team. **Quality Assurance (QA) Track** * Write, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases. * Identify, record, and track bugs using issue-tracking systems. * Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved. * Work closely with developers to ensure software meets quality standards before release. **Sales Track** * Assist in lead generation, prospecting, and market research. * Update and maintain customer information in CRM software. * Help prepare sales pitches, proposals, and presentations. * Shadow senior sales team members during client meetings and calls. **Software Development Track** * Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in assigned programming languages. * Participate in peer code reviews and Agile sprint planning. * Learn and apply software design patterns and best practices. * Troubleshoot technical issues and provide functional solutions. **UI/UX Design Track** * Assist in conducting user research and evaluating user feedback. * Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps.
