Estimation Engineer-Steel Cladding

Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering : Good Experience in Auto CAD drawings We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to join our team, responsible for providing precise and accurate cost estimates for Cladding projects. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive estimates that inform project planning and execution. **Responsibilities** * Analyze project specifications and requirements to develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and overheads. * Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in estimates * Utilize industry-standard estimation software and tools to facilitate the estimation process * Prepare detailed bid proposals and presentations for internal and external stakeholders * Conduct risk analysis and identify potential cost deviations, providing mitigation strategies * Maintain a database of historical costs and estimates to improve future estimation accuracy * Support the continuous improvement of estimation processes and methodologies. **Required:** * Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field * 3+ years of experience in cost estimation within the engineering or construction industry * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights * Proficiency in estimation software and tools, such as Primavera, Microsoft Excel, or similar * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Advanced proficiency in Auto CAD, Microsoft Excel and SAP. * Understanding of construction materials, methods, and regulatory requirements * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving * Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities * Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
