We are looking for an ambitious Event Sales Manager to help us bring Matcha Vibes experiences to even more organizations. Role Overview The Event Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business and selling Matcha Vibes event experiences to corporate clients, hotels, developers, shopping malls, event organizers, schools, universities, wellness centers, and private clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, meeting decision-makers, creating partnerships, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities * Proactively generate new business opportunities across the UAE. * Visit hotels, offices, exhibitions, conferences, networking events, shopping malls, wellness centers, and business communities to introduce Matcha Vibes. * Build relationships with HR teams, marketing departments, event managers, procurement teams, hotel management, concierge teams, and corporate decision-makers. * Present our event offerings, including: * Corporate workshops * Matcha ceremonies * Brand activations * Pop-up experiences * Catering * Wellness events * Private events * Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations. * Prepare quotations and proposals with the operations team. * Negotiate commercial terms and close new business. * Maintain an active CRM pipeline and consistently follow up on leads. * Develop long-term partnerships that generate repeat business. * Represent Matcha Vibes professionally at industry events. * Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. * Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth handover after each sale. Requirements * Previous experience in event sales, hospitality, B2B sales, luxury services, or business development. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. * Confident negotiator with a proven ability to close deals. * Highly organized and self-motivated. * Professional appearance and positive attitude. * Fluent English is required. Additional languages are an advantage * Existing corporate or hospitality contacts are a strong plus. Compensation Base Salary Competitive fixed monthly salary. Performance Commission In addition to the base salary, you will receive commission on every confirmed event you sell. There is no cap on commission, allowing top performers to build a significant income based on results.
