Events and Exhibition Outdoor Sales

**About the Role** We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven **Outdoor Sales Executive** specializing exclusively in the **Exhibitions and Events** sector. In this role, you will be out in the field, actively identifying, pitching, and securing new commercial clients, corporate accounts, and brand partnerships for upcoming trade shows, exhibitions, and major corporate events. If you are a proactive hunter with a proven track record of bringing in high-value clients and closing event-related deals in Dubai's fast-paced market, we want you on our team. **Key Responsibilities & Job RolesNew Client Acquisition & Field Sales** * Actively prospect, cold-call, and conduct outdoor client visits to source and secure new accounts looking for exhibition stands, custom pavilions, and event setups. * Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, moving prospects from cold leads to signed service contracts. * Understand client brand requirements and pitch tailored spatial, design, or structural event solutions that fit their budget and timeline. **Account Management & Networking** * Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, marketing managers, brand managers, and event organizers across Dubai. * Represent the company at industry networking events, major exhibition centers (like DWTC), and business hubs to expand our market reach. * Coordinate closely with our internal design and production teams to ensure technical event proposals perfectly match the client's expectations. **Requirements & Qualifications** * **Experience:** Minimum of 2–4 years of proven **outdoor/field sales experience** explicitly within the exhibitions, events, or event-signage industries in the UAE. * **Network:** An existing, active database of corporate clients, event planners, or marketing agencies in Dubai is highly advantageous. * **Skills:** * Exceptionally strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. * Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). * Self-motivated and targets-driven, with a clear focus on hitting monthly revenue milestones. * **Logistics:** Must possess a valid **UAE Driving License** and a personal vehicle (essential for daily outdoor client meetings).
