FIT-OUT PROJECTS MANAGER

**Responsibilities:** * Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes and construction material requirements. * Material and manpower planning and management. * Should be able to perform setting-out plans on site as per approved drawings. * Should be able to independently handle sites * Should have past experience of executing commercial projects such as retail stores, offices, banks, etc. * Should have fair knowledge of electrical and MEP works. * Prepare daily site progress reports and report to PM - Coordinate with the project team, including architects, designers, and engineers, to ensure smooth project execution. - Manage and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and materials to meet project deadlines. - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards. - Review and interpret project plans and specifications, and ensure they are implemented correctly. - Monitor and control project costs, ensuring budgetary guidelines are followed. - Maintain accurate documentation, including daily progress reports, site records, and safety reports. - Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team as needed. - Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address their concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. - Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to fit-out construction. **Requirements:** Experience as a Fit-Out projects manager - In-depth knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and processes. - Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Solid understanding of construction safety regulations and practices. - Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Attention to detail and a focus on quality. - Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and construction management software. - Valid driver's license is a must Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate: * Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: * Diploma (Preferred) Experience: * project manager : 4 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
