FOREMAN

Zeeco Line Interiors is looking for an experienced and proactive **Foreman** to supervise and coordinate interior fit-out and joinery projects across various sites in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of interior fit-out works, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily site activities and manage skilled and unskilled workers. * Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project plans. * Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently. * Monitor work progress and ensure project deadlines are achieved. * Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Report daily progress, site issues, and material requirements. * Resolve on-site problems quickly and efficiently. Requirements * Minimum **5 years of UAE experience** as a Foreman in **interior fit-out and joinery**. * Strong knowledge of commercial, residential, and office fit-out projects. * Ability to read construction and shop drawings. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Valid UAE driving license is preferred. * Ability to manage multiple teams and work under pressure. * Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
