Foreman-Glass and Aluminum

Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate the installation of aluminum and glass systems, including curtain walls, windows, doors, partitions, shopfronts, balustrades, skylights, and cladding. * Interpret shop drawings, technical specifications, and project plans. * Assign daily work to site teams and monitor productivity. * Ensure all installations meet project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements. * Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and other subcontractors. * Verify site measurements and ensure readiness before installation. * Monitor material deliveries, storage, and usage on site. * Conduct quality inspections and resolve installation issues promptly. * Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations at all times. * Maintain daily progress reports, manpower records, and material reports. * Identify and resolve site-related issues to minimize delays and ensure timely project completion. Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Glass & Aluminum Foreman in the construction industry. * Strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication and glass installation systems. * Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications. * Proven leadership and team management skills. * Good understanding of construction safety regulations. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
