Full-Time Accountant

**We’re Hiring: Full-Time Accountant** **Company:** Mix Global FZCO **Location:** DAFZA, Dubai, United Arab Emirates **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Salary:** AED 7,000 per month **About the Role** Mix Global FZCO is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage daily financial operations while ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage day to day accounting operations and bookkeeping. * Maintain accurate financial records and the general ledger. * Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). * Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense claims. * Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. * Prepare and submit UAE VAT returns. * Support Corporate Tax compliance and financial reporting. * Coordinate with external auditors during audits. * Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and company policies. * Prepare payroll and maintain employee financial records. * Monitor financial transactions and recommend process improvements. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * **Registered or Certified Accountant** (ACCA, CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification) is preferred. * Minimum **3 years of relevant accounting experience** (UAE experience is an advantage). * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. * Good understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations. * Proficiency in accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, Odoo, SAP, or similar ERP systems. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. * Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills. * Strong communication skills in English.
