Human Resources Officer

Sabeel Al-Rashed Company is looking for a motivated and professional HR Officer to join our team in -Baghdad-Al-Karkh Key Responsibilities Handle recruitment and onboarding processes Manage employee records and HR documentation Monitor attendance, leave, and employee relations Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks Coordinate interviews and hiring procedures Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities Requirements Minimum 1+ year of experience in HR or related field Strong communication and organizational skills Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree is preferred Work Details Location: – Al-Karkh Schedule: 6 Days per Week Employment Type: Full-Time To Apply: Email: [email protected]
