WE ARE HIRING | IT HELP DESK 📍 Location: Baghdad – Al Karrada We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team and provide day-to-day technical support to employees. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level IT support to employees. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues. Support employees with PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment. Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office, email, network, and connectivity issues. Install, configure, and maintain computers and IT devices. Create and manage user accounts and basic access permissions. Diagnose and resolve common network and connectivity problems. Follow up on IT incidents and ensure timely resolution. Maintain proper records of IT assets and support requests. Escalate complex technical issues when required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office. Basic understanding of networking and IT infrastructure. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Ability to support multiple users and resolve issues efficiently.
