Infrastructure Engineering Manager

**Job Summary** MBS Construtora Engineering & Construction W.L.L. is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Manager to lead civil engineering design, construction delivery, technical coordination, and project performance across infrastructure, commercial, residential, and industrial projects. The successful candidate will manage engineering teams, contractors, consultants, budgets, schedules, quality standards, and site operations while ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and Qatar regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead civil engineering and construction activities from planning through handover * Manage engineers, supervisors, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams * Review designs, drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical submissions * Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and performance * Coordinate structural, architectural, MEP, infrastructure, and construction activities * Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or construction issues * Oversee quality control, testing, documentation, and project reporting * Ensure compliance with HSE standards, contracts, and regulatory requirements * Manage client, consultant, authority, and contractor relationships * Support tendering, cost control, variations, and project close-out **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering * Significant experience in civil engineering or construction management * Proven experience managing major construction or infrastructure projects * Strong knowledge of structural works, roads, drainage, utilities, and site development * Experience with project planning, budgeting, contracts, and quality management * Proficiency in AutoCAD, civil engineering software, and project-management tools * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills * Qatar or GCC construction experience is preferred * Professional engineering registration or PMP certification is advantageous **Why Work With Us** * Competitive management-level salary * Housing and transportation allowances * Medical insurance and paid annual leave * Performance-based incentives * Professional training and career development * Leadership responsibility across major engineering projects * Multicultural and project-focused work environment **About the Company** MBS Construtora Engineering & Construction W.L.L. provides civil engineering, construction, infrastructure, and project-support services in Qatar.
