Join **Avalon Network Systems LLC**, a leading **ISO-certified IT infrastructure and networking solutions provider** in the UAE, and become part of a dynamic team delivering innovative technology solutions across the region. **Key Responsibilities** ✔ Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues. ✔ Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory. ✔ Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and LAN/WAN networks. ✔ Assist with server administration, backups, endpoint security, and IT infrastructure deployments. ✔ Deliver both on-site and remote technical support while ensuring excellent customer service. **Requirements** ✅ 5+ years of IT Support experience. ✅ Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals. ✅ Experience with switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and enterprise IT infrastructure. ✅ Knowledge of VMware/Hyper-V is an advantage. ✅ UAE Driving License is preferred. **Apply now by sending your CV to:** **[email protected]** **Subject:** *IT Support Engineer* License/Certification: * Driving License (Required) Work Location: In person
