IT Support Engineer

Al Haktur IT Solutions is looking for a talented and customer-focused **IT Support Engineer** to join our technical support team in **Dubai**. This role is ideal for an IT professional with strong troubleshooting skills who can maintain computer systems, resolve technical issues, and ensure the smooth operation of the company’s IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will provide reliable technical assistance while supporting business continuity and operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. * Provide technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, and network-related issues. * Diagnose and resolve technical problems through on-site and remote support. * Monitor and maintain company networks, servers, and IT infrastructure. * Manage user accounts, email configurations, passwords, and system access permissions. * Perform software installations, system upgrades, patches, and antivirus updates. * Conduct regular system backups and assist with disaster recovery procedures. * Maintain IT asset inventories, technical documentation, and support records. * Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, software licensing, and technical services when required. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * 2–5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or system administration. * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting. * Experience with Active Directory, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and printer management. * Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, cloud services, and backup solutions. * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. * IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications are an advantage. **Skills & Competencies:** * Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise * Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Time management and multitasking abilities * Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence **Why Join Al Haktur IT Solutions?** At Al Haktur IT Solutions, technology and innovation drive everything we do.
