Junior Accountant

We are looking for a **Junior Accountant** to join our Leading Business Center in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have **1–3 years of accounting experience** in a fast-paced environment, preferably with a **Real Estate or Business Center background** in the UAE. The role involves supporting the accounting team in day-to-day finance operations, including **Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), invoicing, reconciliations, and VAT compliance**. Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. **Key Responsibilities:** * Process and monitor **Accounts Receivable & Payable** transactions. * Prepare and send invoices, debit/credit notes, and track customer payments. * Apply and allocate incoming payments to the correct accounts. * Follow up on overdue payments and assist in collections. * Reconcile ledgers and ensure all financial entries are posted correctly. * Assist in **VAT filing and compliance** with UAE FTA requirements. * Maintain accurate records, ledgers, and supporting documentation. * Support preparation of AR aging reports, MIS reports, and financial statements. * Assist with **month-end closing** and audit requirements. **Qualifications & Skills:** * **Education**: B.Com or M.Com in Accounting/Finance (required). * **Experience**: 1–3 years of accounting experience (UAE VAT knowledge preferred). * **Software**: Familiarity with accounting software (PACT, Tally, QuickBooks, ERP) and MS Office Suite. * **Skills**: * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. * Good communication and interpersonal abilities. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary: **AED 2,000 – 2,500** * Exposure to a dynamic and professional industry. * Opportunities for career growth and development. **Additional Details:** * **Contract Length**: 24 months * **Application Deadline**: 26/09/2025 * **Immediate joiners will be given priority** * **Ability to commute/relocate**: Candidates must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate with employer support.
