Junior Accountant

**Job Title:** Accountant **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Job Type:** Full-Time Job Summary DCS Cleaning Services is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least **1 year of accounting experience** and be familiar with day-to-day accounting operations, financial record keeping, and reporting. Key Responsibilities * Record daily financial transactions accurately. * Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries. * Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management. * Assist in monthly payroll preparation. * Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with closing accounts. * Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems. * Coordinate with banks, auditors, and suppliers when required. * Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE financial regulations. * Support the Finance Manager with other accounting and administrative tasks. Requirements * Minimum **1 year of accounting experience**. * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software. * Basic understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting. * Strong numerical and analytical skills. * Good communication skills in English. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred * Experience in the UAE is an advantage. * Knowledge of VAT filing and UAE accounting practices is preferred.
