Junior Engineer – Structural Steel & Tensile Fabric** **Job Title:** Junior Structural Engineer | Steel & Tensile Fabric Projects – Dubai **Company:** Arkiten International Contracting LLC, Dubai, UAE **Job Description:** Arkiten International Contracting LLC, a leading structural steel and tensile fabric contracting company in Dubai, is hiring a Junior Engineer to support site engineering, project coordination, and technical execution for ongoing construction projects across the UAE. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support site engineering, project coordination, and quality control for structural steel and tensile fabric (tensile membrane) projects * Assist with technical documentation, method statements, material submittals, and progress reports * Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, fabrication teams, and consultants * Monitor construction progress against project schedule and BOQ * Assist with material take-offs, inspection requests (IRs), and NCR tracking * Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers on-site **Skills & Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering / Mechanical Engineering * 1–2 years of relevant experience in construction, structural steel, or fabrication industry * Knowledge of construction methodology, site supervision, and quality/safety standards * Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word, Project) * Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills * UAE driving license and UAE site experience preferred * Immediate joiners preferred **Keywords:** Junior Engineer, Site Engineer, Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, Structural Steel, Tensile Fabric, Tensile Membrane Structures, Construction Engineer, Project Coordination, Dubai, UAE, Fresh Engineer, Graduate Engineer **Salary:** AED 3,000 – 4,000/month **Location:** Karama, Dubai, UAE **Employment Type:** Full-time **Industry:** Structural Steel / Construction / Contracting Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
