**Job Title: Land Surveyor** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Land Surveyor** to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land and construction surveys, collecting accurate field data, and supporting engineering and construction projects by ensuring precise measurements and site layouts. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys. * Perform site measurements using Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and other surveying equipment. * Establish and verify control points, benchmarks, and site layouts. * Prepare survey reports, maps, drawings, and field notes. * Interpret engineering drawings and project specifications. * Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and construction teams. * Ensure survey work complies with project requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations. * Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments. * Assist in resolving surveying issues during project execution. **Qualifications:** * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * 3–5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor. * Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and surveying software such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to work on construction sites and travel as required.
