Landscape & Pool Engineer

We are seeking an experienced **Landscape & Pool Engineer** to oversee the design, coordination, execution, and quality control of landscape and swimming pool works for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The role involves coordinating consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance with project requirements, specifications, and authority regulations, from concept design through construction and handover. Experience in preparing, reviewing, and validating BOQs (Bill of Quantities), quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and material quantity calculations for landscape and swimming pool works. **Key Responsibility :-** * Design Coordination & Technical Compliance * Construction Quality & Site Monitoring * Material, Finishes & Shop Drawing Review. * Authority Approvals & Regulatory Compliance.. * BOQ Accuracy & Cost Management. * BOQ Revision Timeliness * Project Delivery & Schedule Adherence **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering 5 to 8 years of experience in landscape and swimming pool projects. **Software:** Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Aconex, SharePoint, and BOQ/Quantity Take-off tools. Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
