**Job Description:** Lifestyle Associate (Fresh / Entry-Level) **Position Overview** We are seeking energetic and persuasive Lifestyle Associates to join our dynamic loyalty solutions team. In this role, you will connect directly with individual consumers to introduce, pitch, and sell our exclusive lifestyle coupon books. These books provide incredible savings across a diverse network of partner businesses, including top-tier restaurants, premium salons, auto workshops, and educational academies. **Key Responsibilities** * **Direct Sales:** Target individual consumers in high-footfall areas, corporate offices, or community hubs to pitch and sell coupon books. * **Brand Advocacy:** Educate potential customers on the long-term value, savings, and variety of our partner network (restaurants, salons, workshops, academies). * **Customer Guidance:** Clearly explain the coupon redemption process to ensure a smooth user experience. * **Relationship Management:** Build rapport with buyers to encourage word-of-mouth referrals and future renewals. * **Target Achievement:** Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales volume goals. * **Reporting:** Track daily sales logs, customer feedback, and market trends to report back to management. **Requirements & Qualifications** * **Education:** Fresh Inter / graduates or diploma holders in Marketing, Business, Communication, or any related field. * **Skills:** Exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. * **Traits:** Highly self-motivated, resilient, confident, and comfortable handling objections. * **Language:** Fluency in the local spoken language (additional languages are a strong plus). * **Experience:** No prior experience required; comprehensive product and sales training will be provided. **What We Offer** * **Compensation:** Competitive base salary plus an aggressive, uncapped commission structure per book sold. * **Career Growth:** Fast-track promotion opportunities into Team Lead or Territory Manager roles based on performance. * **Skill Development:** Hands-on training in direct sales, consumer psychology, and negotiation tactics. * **Perks:** Complimentary coupon books, team incentives, and recognition awards.
