Maintenance Civil Engineer

**Job Title:** Maintenance Civil Engineer **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Experience Required:** Minimum 2-5 Years (Maintenance Management Experience in Dubai/UAE Mandatory) **Job Summary** We are looking for a Civil Engineer with a minimum of 2-5 years of UAE Maintenance Management experience in luxury apartments to oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties. The successful candidate will ensure civil assets are maintained efficiently while complying with UAE regulations, safety standards, and client requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to civil assets and infrastructure. * Conduct routine inspections of buildings and facilities to identify maintenance requirements. * Supervise civil maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers. * Plan and execute renovation, refurbishment, and fit-out projects. * Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Prepare preventive maintenance schedules and annual maintenance plans. * Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, HSE standards, and client requirements. * Prepare technical reports, inspection reports, and maintenance documentation. * Review and approve civil maintenance work orders. * Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure smooth Maintenance operations. * Monitor maintenance budgets and optimize operational costs. * Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requirements. * Manage defect liability inspections and handover activities. * Ensure facilities remain operational with minimal downtime while maintaining service quality. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 2-5 years of Maintenance Management experience in Dubai/UAE. * Strong knowledge of building maintenance, civil repairs, and UAE building regulations. * Experience with CAFM or other Maintenance management software is an added advantage. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and maintenance management software. * Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. **Preferred Skills** * Maintenance Management * Preventive & Corrective Maintenance * Building Maintenance * Asset Management * Vendor & Contractor Management * SLA & KPI Management * Budget & Cost Control * Quality Assurance * Technical Inspections * Report Preparation * Team Leadership * Client Relationship Management * CAFM Systems Work Location: In person Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
