Manager Sales

Position: Manager – Sales (Hong Kong DMC) **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Company:** Buzz Travel Marketing (Middle East) Role Overview We are looking for an experienced **Manager – Sales** to manage B2B sales and business development activities for our **Hong Kong DMC (Dubai operations)**. The candidate will be responsible for developing travel trade partnerships, driving sales growth, and increasing market presence in Dubai. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. * Manage relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, and MICE partners. * Generate new business opportunities for FIT, group travel, and customized holiday packages. * Conduct sales meetings, travel agent visits, workshops, and promotional activities. * Work closely with the DMC team to develop market-specific travel products. * Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide sales reports. Candidate Profile * 5–8 years of experience in travel sales, DMC, destination marketing, or international holiday sales. * Strong B2B travel agent network across India. * Experience with international destinations, preferably Hong Kong. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. * Experience with DMC/tour operators/travel representation companies preferred. Qualification * Graduate/Post Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or related field. **Interested candidates with relevant international travel sales experience may apply.** Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
