About The Role Job Purpose: As a Medical Representative, your primary role is to drive our brands’ awareness and adoption by engaging healthcare professionals with impactful communication—supporting our mission to improve outcomes and achieve business goals within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with sales manager to develop and implement effective territory sales plans. Drive sales performance by meeting or surpassing sales forecasts and managing assigned budgets effectively to fulfil territorial objectives. Apply promotion strategies across assigned regions and products. Conduct regular, high-quality visits to promote products and increase awareness among healthcare professionals about the company’s products and devices aligned with an approved visits plan and tailored visit objectives. Maintain up-to-date records of interactions, activities, and doctor profiles using CRM tools Organize and manage promotional meetings (RLM, RTDs, trainings .etc) and ensure efficient budget use for promotional activities. Deliver personalized accurate messages aligned with HCPs needs . Monitor competitor activity and local market dynamics to inform promotional strategy and optimize positioning. Maintain strong, ethical relationships with healthcare professionals Continuously develop product knowledge through company training and self-learning. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the market, demographics, and managed care information relevant to the assigned territory to optimize sales strategies. Adhere to company policies regarding interactions with healthcare professionals Job Requirements Essential Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. Based in Basra. A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative Experience in aesthetic injectables or aesthetic devices is highly preferred.
