MEP Engineer (Construction)

**Job Title: MEP Engineer** **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Industry:** Construction **Salary:** AED 4,000 – 6,500 per month **Job Responsibilities** * Supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at construction sites. * Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications before execution. * Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery. * Monitor installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and ELV systems. * Ensure all MEP works comply with project specifications, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and other relevant authority regulations. * Conduct site inspections, identify technical issues, and provide practical engineering solutions. * Prepare material submittals, method statements, and progress reports. * Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and ensure timely completion of MEP activities. * Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems. * Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and as-built records. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. * Minimum **5 years** of experience as an MEP Engineer in the UAE construction industry. * Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems. * Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and UAE building regulations. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Revit/BIM knowledge is an advantage). * Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines. * UAE driving license is an advantage. * Immediate joiners will be preferred.
