MEP Estimation Engineer

**Estimation Engineer** Superone Solutions Technical Services is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing project drawings and specifications, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and supporting the tendering process for construction(MEP) and fit-out projects. Key Responsibilities * Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions. * Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documents. * Analyze project scope and identify cost-effective solutions. * Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. * Prepare quantity take-offs and cost analyses. * Maintain estimation records and pricing databases. * Coordinate with project, procurement, and management teams during the bidding process. * Assist with budgeting, value engineering, and project cost planning. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. * 3–5 years of UAE experience in construction, fit-out, or MEP estimation. * Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and tendering procedures. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software. * Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Job Type:** Full-time **To apply, send your CV to:** **[email protected]** Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
