MEP & Fit-Out Estimation Engineer

**Estimation Engineer** We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **MEP & Fit-Out Estimation Engineer** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for **MEP, interior fit-out, renovation, and maintenance projects** while ensuring competitive and profitable bids. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare detailed cost estimates for **MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), interior fit-out, renovation, and maintenance projects**. * Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications. * Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare material, labor, and subcontractor cost estimates. * Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. * Prepare technical and commercial bid submissions. * Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, and Project teams during the tender stage. * Identify project risks and propose cost-effective solutions. * Attend site visits, pre-bid meetings, and client discussions when required. * Maintain updated pricing databases and estimation records. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * **3–5 years of UAE experience** in **MEP and Fit-Out estimation**. * Strong knowledge of **interior fit-out, renovation, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, and finishing works**. * Experience in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software. * Good communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work independently and meet tender deadlines. * UAE Driving License is an added advantage. **Preferred Skills** * Knowledge of UAE construction standards and local suppliers. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent attention to detail and time management. **Benefits** * Competitive Salary (Based on Experience) * Company Visa & Medical Insurance * Annual Leave & Air Ticket as per UAE Labour Law * Career Growth Opportunities **Job Type:** Full-time **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Apply Now:** Send your CV to [email protected] Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
