MEP Planning Engineer (High-Rise Projects Experience)

**Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, update, and maintain detailed MEP project schedules for high-rise building projects using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. * Monitor MEP progress, identify delays, and prepare recovery plans to meet project deadlines. * Coordinate with MEP construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, and project management teams. * Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and performance updates. * Track MEP activities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV works. * Review project milestones, critical paths, and potential risks affecting project completion. * Support project teams with planning, coordination, and schedule control throughout the construction lifecycle. * Ensure MEP activities are aligned with the overall project master schedule. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience as an **MEP Planning Engineer in high-rise building projects**. * Strong knowledge of MEP construction sequences and coordination requirements. * Experience working on towers, residential high-rise buildings, hotels, or commercial high-rise developments is preferred. * Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project. * Experience with progress monitoring, reporting, and schedule management. * Strong communication and coordination skills. * Candidates with only civil planning experience will not be considered.
