MEP Project Manager

The MEP Project Manager will lead the end-to-end execution, site supervision, commercial control, and commissioning of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) building services for a high-rise residential tower in Dubai. **Key Responsibilities** · **Technical & Engineering Management** Responsible for managing the engineering scope of the project, including shop drawings and material submittals, and securing the required approvals from relevant project authorities such as Consulting Engineers and Client Representatives. · **Local Authority Approvals & Compliance** Drive installations in alignment with local authority requirements (DEWA, DCD, DM, and DCP providers) and secure inspection approvals in accordance with the project plan. · **Site Execution & Progress Control** Lead Engineers & Supervision team, and MEP subcontractors across for the proejct. Interface daily with the Main Contractor to align MEP installation sequences with civil works. Implement strict site Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) standards in compliance with project specifications and UAE safety codes. · **Commercial, Procurement & Risk Management** Control the MEP project budget, review variation claims, approve subcontractor payment certifications, and manage cash flow. Manage the procurement of long-lead MEP equipment to prevent site delays. Evaluate variations and site instructions to safeguard commercial rights and the baseline schedule. · **Testing, Commissioning & Handover** Direct the complete testing and commissioning process in accordance with project specifications and local authority guidelines. Manage the preparation of as-built documentation, O&M manuals, authority certificates, and ensure a smooth handover to the client representative following project handover procedures. Required Qualifications & Experience · **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited university. · **Overall Experience:** 15+ years in MEP contracting, with a minimum of 8+ years in the UAE/GCC region. · **High-Rise Track Record:** Proven experience as Lead MEP PM on at least one delivered high-rise residential tower in the GCC. **Required candidates share the CV to [email protected]** Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED28,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
