Team members are encouraged to contribute their expertise, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and grow their careers in a dynamic environment. **Role Description** The MEP Quantity Surveyor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works, verifying quantities from drawings, and coordinating with project teams to ensure accurate measurement and documentation. The MEP Quantity Surveyor will monitor project costs, assist in preparing budgets, track variations, and support procurement by obtaining and evaluating quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Daily tasks include preparing cost reports, supporting interim payment applications, assisting with contract administration, and collaborating with engineers and site teams to maintain financial control and compliance with project specifications. **Qualifications** * Candidates should possess strong skills in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning to manage project budgets and financial performance. * Candidates should possess solid experience with BOQ preparation, measurement, and verification for MEP works. * Candidates should possess capabilities in Cost Reporting, including the preparation of periodic cost and progress reports for management and clients. * Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Construction Management (diploma or degree) are beneficial. * Knowledge of MEP systems, construction contracts, and standard measurement methods is advantageous. * Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying or estimation software, along with strong analytical and numerical skills, is preferred. * Ability to read technical drawings, work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate effectively in English is required. * Previous experience in MEP quantity surveying within the industry. * Only male candidates are advised to apply for this position.
