MEP Supervisor (Swimming Pool & Landscape)

We're Hiring – MEP Supervisor (Swimming Pool & Landscape) **Company:** Green Vista Pools & Landscaping LLC **Location:** Dubai, UAE Green Vista Pools & Landscaping LLC is seeking an experienced **MEP Supervisor** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supervising Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for swimming pool and landscape projects across the UAE. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate all MEP activities for swimming pool and landscape projects. * Manage site teams, subcontractors, and daily work schedules to ensure timely project completion. * Oversee the installation of swimming pool pumps, filtration systems, piping, valves, pool lighting, control panels, and irrigation systems. * Ensure all MEP works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. * Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, consultants, and other project stakeholders. * Monitor site progress and prepare daily work reports. * Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Verify material requirements and coordinate with the procurement team for timely deliveries. * Assist in testing, commissioning, and final handover of MEP systems. * Resolve on-site technical issues and maintain project quality standards. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field. * **Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience** as an MEP Supervisor in swimming pool and landscape projects. * Strong knowledge of swimming pool filtration systems, pumps, plumbing, electrical systems, irrigation, and landscape MEP works. * Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications. * Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. * Good knowledge of UAE safety regulations and quality standards. * Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred.
