Parts Advisor Ayass Automotive | Chevrolet – GMC – Cadillac | Baghdad, Iraq Are you passionate about cars and helping people find the right solutions? Ayass Automotive, the authorized dealer for Chevrolet, GMC, and Cadillac in Iraq, is looking for a Parts Advisor to join our Baghdad team and play a key role in supporting our service operations and customers. What You’ll Do Customer Support & Parts Sales Assist customers and service teams in identifying and sourcing the correct GM parts. Provide guidance on part compatibility, usage, and availability. Ensure accurate processing of all parts orders and sales. Inventory & Workshop Coordination Monitor stock levels and manage timely replenishment. Organize and maintain parts storage according to GM standards. Coordinate with the workshop to ensure all required parts are available for scheduled maintenance and repairs. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory movements. Prepare reports on stock status and pending orders. Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams regarding parts availability. What We’re Looking For Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field. Experience in automotive parts management or sales is an advantage. Familiarity with Chevrolet, GMC, and Cadillac parts and systems is preferred. Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills. Intermediate English (reading and speaking).
