Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities: * Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. * Develop project programmes, recovery plans, and short-term look-ahead schedules. * Track project progress and identify delays, risks, and project constraints. * Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity against project targets. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. * Maintain project records, schedules, and progress documentation. * Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and site teams. * Follow up on procurement activities, material deliveries, approvals, and subcontractor progress. * Monitor project milestones and support timely project completion. * Attend project meetings and provide schedule updates. * Support multiple projects simultaneously. Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. * Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in planning and scheduling within construction, landscaping, infrastructure, or related projects. * Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel. * Good understanding of construction planning, project controls, and progress tracking. * Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. * UAE construction or landscaping experience is preferred. * Immediate joiners preferred.
