Planning Engineer - Primavera P6

**Key Responsibilities** * Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using **Primavera P6** and/or **Microsoft Project**. * Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead programmes, recovery plans, and revised project schedules. * Monitor project progress, key milestones, delays, and compliance with contractual requirements. * Update project schedules based on actual site progress, variations, and project changes. * Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and performance updates. * Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution of project activities. * Track and monitor the progress of landscaping, irrigation, swimming pool, water feature, and civil works. * Assist in delay analysis, Extension of Time (EOT) submissions, claims support, and project recovery planning. * Maintain comprehensive planning documentation, schedules, progress reports, and project records. * Identify potential schedule risks and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track. **Qualifications & Experience** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. * Minimum **3–5 years of UAE experience** in project planning, scheduling, or project controls. * Experience in landscaping, infrastructure, civil, construction, or MEP projects is preferred. * Sound understanding of construction planning methodologies, resource allocation, and project lifecycle management. **Skills & Competencies** * Proficient in **Primavera P6**, **Microsoft Project**, and **Microsoft Excel**. * Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling techniques, progress measurement, and reporting. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. * Strong communication and coordination abilities with multidisciplinary project teams. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines. **Requirements** * Good knowledge of UAE construction standards, project documentation, and contractual procedures. * Experience in landscaping, irrigation, swimming pool, water feature, or civil engineering projects will be a distinct advantage. * Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
