**Job Title:** Swimming Pool Foreman **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Company:** Zeen Arc Decoration Design & Fit-Out LLC **Job Type:** Full-time Job Description Zeen Arc Decoration Design & Fit-Out LLC is looking for an experienced **Swimming Pool Foreman** to supervise and manage the construction, renovation, and maintenance of swimming pools and water features for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across the UAE. Key Responsibilities * Supervise all swimming pool construction, renovation, and maintenance activities. * Coordinate site manpower, materials, tools, and equipment. * Read and interpret swimming pool construction drawings and specifications. * Oversee civil, waterproofing, tiling, piping, filtration, and MEP works related to swimming pools. * Ensure proper installation of pumps, filters, lighting, and pool accessories. * Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within quality standards. * Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients. * Prepare daily site progress reports and resolve on-site issues. Requirements * Minimum 3 - **5 years of UAE experience** as a Swimming Pool Foreman. * Strong knowledge of swimming pool construction, waterproofing, filtration systems, pumps, plumbing, and pool finishing works. * Ability to read and understand construction drawings. * Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. * UAE driving license is an added advantage. * Must be currently available in the UAE.
