Job Summary The Procurement Administrator supports the procurement team by managing purchasing documentation, coordinating with suppliers, tracking material deliveries, maintaining procurement records, and ensuring timely procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with internal teams and external vendors. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs). * Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate timelines, and follow up on deliveries. * Compare supplier quotations and prepare comparison statements. * Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, supplier databases, and documentation. * Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of construction materials and equipment. * Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and warehouse teams regarding material requirements. * Track procurement schedules to avoid project delays. * Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes. * Assist in vendor evaluation, registration, and performance monitoring. * Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and contractual requirements. * Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and purchasing summaries. * Resolve procurement-related issues, including delivery delays and supplier discrepancies. * Support inventory monitoring and material stock reconciliation. * Maintain confidentiality of commercial and procurement information. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field. * 2–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in the construction industry. * Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and procurement processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar is preferred. Preferred Experience * Experience working on construction, infrastructure, MEP, or civil engineering projects. * Familiarity with supplier management and contract documentation. * Understanding of procurement regulations and commercial terms. Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
