PROCUREMENT OFFICER

We are seeking an experienced **Procurement Officer with a strong civil/construction background** to manage the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of materials and services essential for our projects. The ideal candidate must understand civil project materials, specifications, and vendor markets. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle procurement for **civil construction materials** (e.g., concrete, steel, aggregates, plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, MEP supplies, etc.). * Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost‑effective and quality‑driven outcomes. * Prepare purchase orders, ensure proper documentation, and maintain procurement records. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to understand material requirements. * Monitor supply timelines to ensure materials reach project sites on schedule. * Conduct vendor comparison, market pricing analysis, and maintain approved vendor lists. * Ensure compliance with company standards and procurement policies. * Resolve issues related to deliveries, quality, or discrepancies. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering**, Supply Chain, or related field. * **Minimum 2–4 years of procurement experience** in a **civil or construction company**. * Strong knowledge of civil materials, suppliers, and technical specifications. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills. * Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is an added advantage. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. * Strong analytical and organizational skills. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits * Professional and supportive work environment * Career development opportunities * Company benefits as per policy Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
